Usage and reproduction

The data can be reproduced and plotted using From-virtual-Z-gates-to-virtual-Z-pulses-source-code  [2]:

Reproducing the data

Alternatively, all the data can be collected and plotted by executing

python scripts/collect_and_plot_all_data.py

To only collect the data you can execute

python scripts/data_collection/collect_all_data.py

in the root directory of this repository. Alternatively, if you only wish to collect the data for Figure X in our article, then you can execute

# Replace X with the figure number
python scripts/data_collection/figure_X.py

in the root directory of this repository.

Plotting the data

All the figures can be plotted from the collected data by executing

python scripts/plotting/plot_all_data.py

in the root directory of this repository. Alternatively, if you only wish to reproduce Figure X in our article then you can execute

# Replace X with the figure number
python scripts/plotting/figure_X.py

in the root directory of this repository.
